Here is our submission to VCAT. Please read it and consider whether you would like to add your signature to it – to send a strong message to VCAT about its detrimental effect on the liveability of our suburb.

We have only a week to collect these so please respond quickly.
Alternatively, if you wish to speak at the VCAT hearing, you can write your own submission: this would be on the VCAT Form B: Statement of Grounds (if you lodged an objection with City of Yarra) or apply as a Section 60 applicant to speak.
We’ve just updated the document with some minor amendments and a section about the inevitable difficulties that would be caused by the construction phase of such a large scale project to residents of Stafford Street.
